Blockchain-based social karaoke DApp SOMESING announced that it has signed a business agreement with the digital art gallery ‘3Space’(https://3space.art) and will conduct mutual cooperation to develop music-based NFT content and develop related marketplaces.
‘3space Art’ is an online gallery that exhibits moving digital works such as 2D, 3D animation, and motion pictures, and curates digital artworks created by promising Korean artists by NFT (Non-Fungible Token) based on Klaytn blockchain.
Kim Heui-Bae, CEO of SOMESING, said, “In the NFT market, which has been divided into the collection and art sectors so far, the NFT business using the IP of content and global K-POP artists is expected to become a big axis. Starting with the development of a content ownership transaction environment through the NFTization of various individual music contents created by ordinary users on the SOMESING platform, we will work closely with ‘3Space’ to develop NFT models using music content that can be reproduced through collaboration with K-POP artists.
Regarding the business agreement, Kim Yoon-Soo, CEO of ‘3 Space’, said, “The demand for music content NFT is increasing worldwide, and some artists even sell regular albums through NFT. Through cooperation with SOMESING, we will secure content produced by high-quality users, and based on this, we will lay the foundation for the two companies to lead the music NFC marketplace sector, he added.
